On Saturday it was my pleasure to create a dinner event for a family,and they wanted a West Indian theme and was my pleasure to create it for them.The menu was based on what the customer wanted…therefore I was able to create for the customer.It shows that when you work hard it really pays off.These dishes were made and cooked from fresh ingredients,on the menu was Calaloo soup,Mac and cheese ,Jerk Salmon, and Stewed chicken as well as a mixed fruit punch..Food with great taste..
